This easy-to-make and delicious healthy recipe will have you waking up excited to eat breakfast. You can make this ahead of time or in the moment for a nutrient-dense start to your day.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Conestoga hardboiled eggs
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 green leaf lettuce
  • ½ cup cooked bacon
  • mayonnaise optional

Instructions
 

  • Cut hardboiled eggs in half.
  • Layer on sliced tomato.
  • Layer on a lettuce leaf.
  • Layer on cooked bacon.
  • Drizzle on some mayonnaise or your choice of sauce.
  • Cover the top with the other half of the hardboiled egg.
  • Enjoy!
