
Hard Boiled Egg BLT
This easy-to-make and delicious healthy recipe will have you waking up excited to eat breakfast. You can make this ahead of time or in the moment for a nutrient-dense start to your day.
Ingredients
- 4 Conestoga hardboiled eggs
- 1 tomato
- 1 green leaf lettuce
- ½ cup cooked bacon
- mayonnaise optional
Instructions
- Cut hardboiled eggs in half.
- Layer on sliced tomato.
- Layer on a lettuce leaf.
- Layer on cooked bacon.
- Drizzle on some mayonnaise or your choice of sauce.
- Cover the top with the other half of the hardboiled egg.
- Enjoy!
