Chopped Egg and Asparagus with Brown Butter

Ingredients
- Bunch of asparagus
- 1/3 Panko crumbs
- 4 Conestoga Farms Free Run Omega-3 eggs
- ¼ Butter
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Blanch a bunch of asparagus in salted water and transfer to a platter
- Toast about 1/3 of a cup of panko crumbs, set aside
- Carefully place 4 large eggs into boiling water for 8-9 minutes. Transfer to an ice bath for 5 minutes
- Peel your eggs, then give them a rough chop and sprinkle on top of the asparagus
- Brown about 1/4 cup butter and drizzle all over the chopped egg
- Top with the toasted panko
