Blanch a bunch of asparagus in salted water and transfer to a platter
Toast about 1/3 of a cup of panko crumbs, set aside
Carefully place 4 large eggs into boiling water for 8-9 minutes. Transfer to an ice bath for 5 minutes
Peel your eggs, then give them a rough chop and sprinkle on top of the asparagus
Brown about 1/4 cup butter and drizzle all over the chopped egg
Top with the toasted panko
