
Kids’ Favourite Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients
- 5 Conestoga Farms Large Brown Eggs
- 2 tbsp Heavy Cream or Milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp butter
- ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- In a bowl beat eggs with cream/ milk and salt.
- Bring a carbon steel pan medium high heat
- Add butter
- Add eggs, keeping them moving to form small tender curds
- Once 90% cooked, stir in cheese
- Plate and serve with your favourite breakfast sides
