
Smoked Salmon, Feta and Dill Omelette

Whisk Conestoga eggs with garlic powder, salt, and pepper, then pour into a greased, preheated pan. Top with smoked salmon, feta, and dill, fold, and garnish with fresh dill for a delicious and balanced start to your day!
Ingredients
- 2 Conestoga Eggs
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 100 g smoked salmon
- 1/4 cup feta
- 1/8 cup dill
Instructions
- Grease a pan with avocado oil & heat on medium
- Whisk eggs & seasonings together in a bowl
- Pour evenly into the pan & cover until the egg sets
- Add salmon, feta & dill
- Carefully fold in both sides of the omelette
- Garnish with more dill & enjoy
